Good administration is a crucial part of
healthy life. Always. The different parts of a body, the
different members of a family, the different individuals in a community
- they all alike rely on 'systems' being in place. Good
administration.
So we see this as a major Ministry Area at
the heart of the congregation's life. Fred Nelson, who now heads
this up, is charged to ensure that the life of the body of Christ is
thriving - not flattened and frustrated by the burdens of bureaucracy,
but freed up to enjoy a real fulfilment by the way that things are run.
