It's a
big area, and it's used for all sorts of things, of course.
But we
call it the Reception Area, because .. well, we 'receive', or 'welcome'
people there.
Three
days a week we run teas and coffees and lunches there. It's hard
work but good fun - and pretty rewarding too.
But we've
always believed the Lord means to use the place to do the sort of thing
we read of in Acts 9.40-42.
Helping
people back to their feet in life. Seeing people restored, renewed
and given life.
That's
not something that can just ever happen. God himself has to act!
